Job Purpose:To introduce learning and development strategies enabling the company to maximize human capital resources by providing opportunities for training, career and leadership development programs that will improve work productivity, optimize employee effectiveness and achieve organizational objectives

المهارات المطلوبة

• University Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Industrial Psychology and any other allied study
• Masteral Degree, preferred

Experience(s) – Specify the nature and the number of years of relevant experience considered as minimum for this job.
• At least eight (8) years of relevant experience across HR functions particularly as regards the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of learning and development initiatives
• At least four (4) years of relevant experience as a Corporate Trainer.

Professional Qualifications or Certifications (from recognized institutions or professional regulation bodies) Required, if any.
• Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, preferred
• Senior Professional in Human Resources, preferred

Computer Skill / Proficiency:
• Proficiency in all MS Office applications
• Knowledge of HR-related software applications

Communication Skills Required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Presentation skills including the ability to facilitate training sessions and/or make persuasive presentations to the Management

Personal Competencies and Attributes
• Strong customer focus by understanding their learning needs and providing right level of development support
• Taking responsibility and using initiative to achieve desired results
• Technical knowledge of learning development processes
• Sound understanding of communications practices, principles and procedures

• Strong diagnostic, analytical and problem solving skills
