Job Purpose:
Under the direction of the General Manager, job holder is tasked to manage all necessary technical requirements and support to various teams in order to facilitate its sales target. Further, job holder is expected to create higher level of awareness on the importance of technical sales requirements to all teams, specifiers and contractors.

Person Specifications:

Basic Academic Qualification
 Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical).

Preferred Academic Qualification
 Preferably Master’s degree in Business Administration or Management.

 Minimum of 10 years working experience in sales of fiberglass insulation and/or product management.

Specific Industry Experience
 Fiberglass industry exposure with at least 5 years’ experience in Technical Consultancy Service is an advantage.

Computer Skills
 Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications specifically on Power Point Presentation.

Language Proficiency
 Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal). Personal Competencies
 Strong planning & organizational skills.
 High business acumen and well developed negotiation skills.
 Results oriented and excellent team leadership skills.
 Excellent customer service and relation building skills.

Technical Competencies
 Understanding of technical requirements for insulation products.
 Understanding the role of consultants/specifiers, contractors, distributors.
 In-depth understanding of products.
