1. Familiar with all the below systems:
· Building management system (BMS)
· CCTV & foot fall count systems
· HVAC
· Fire Fighting systems and fire warning/alarm systems
· Pumps for FF & water supply
· Elevators and travellators
· Architectural finishes & renovation
· Irrigation systems
· Plumping, water supply & electrical systems
· General maintenance
2. Selected candidate will lead a team of maintenance staff and to report directly to the General Manager.
3. He will supervise other service companies according to signed agreement (Firefighting, elevators, pumps, HVAC) with them.
4. He should have a plans for the emergency cases and having direct contacts with all maintenance companies to resolve any sudden issues.
5. He should prepare a maintenance schedule implementing the preventive maintenance methods.
6. He will make sure that all deals and contracts with a second party achieving the best interest of the company in regards to services provided and fees.
7. He will make sure the electricity, water, telephone bills are within the justified range and money is spent wisely.
8. He will estimate the budgets for OPS & maintenance on a yearly basis and on a 5 years’ plan.
Education:
- University Degree in Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
Experience:
- 5-7 Years experience in operating a Mall, Hospital, high rise building or Facility with P&L responsibility.
Computer Skills / Proficiency:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office with average skills in typing
