Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Create yearly and revolving budget for the company and its changes if necessary

-Ensure that the annual financial budgets are drawn based on the corporate strategy

-Monthly review & discussion of financial accounts & variances against budget

-Exercise control on all costs incurred by the projects, ensuring that they comply with the budget

-Ensure timeliness and accuracy in all the payments

-To prepare monthly MIS, Balance Sheet and P/L statement, Finalize Audits and Accounts

-Ensure compliance of company policies, practices and accounting standards

-Fulfill all required reporting to German/ Head Office

-Conduct and facilitate yearly audit of the financials

-Ensure that the finance team follows a set of internal control measures and safeguards the financial interest of the company

-Compliance with the requirement of financial institutions

-Review tender calculations and make sure that company guideline has been maintained in regard to gross profit margin

-Working closely within the leadership team to identify opportunities to improve operational performance and drive strategic initiatives

-Effective cash flow management

-Leading, managing and motivating a dynamic and growing full-function finance team

-Developing financial reporting Systems along with the Management and continually improving process to best practice

-Contract Management, Payment terms and Condition, legal aspects, BG, LC etc.

-Financial risk Management

-Management of an global oriented operational unit with flexible Production and sophisticated turnkey business

-Managing local and international supplier

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

-Chartered Accountant or CPA or equivalent degree from a recognized university

-Degree qualified and possess knowledge of international Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) accounting standards

-Knowledge about international commercial terms (INCOTERMS) as well as IFRS along with ability to communicate the tasks, costs, and risks associated with the transportation and delivery of goods

-Fluent in Arabic and English and have excellent computer literacy.

-At least 5 years of working experience in managerial position in Middle East

-Background in KSA balance sheet, BAKAT etc

-Good written and oral communication skills in English

-Excellent management, organizational, supervisory, analytical and interpersonal skills

-Ability to function effectively under pressure and use initiative in problem solving

-Computer literate and familiar with typical office applications including MS Office

-Solid communicator with leadership quality

-Business oriented and structured
