Required Skills

Qualifications:
• University Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, Industrial Psychology and any other allied study.
• Masteral Degree, preferred

Experience:
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience across HR functions particularly as regards the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of learning and development initiatives

Skills:
Job-Specific Skills:
• Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, preferred
• Senior Professional in Human Resources, preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Presentation skills including the ability to facilitate training sessions and/or make persuasive presentations to the Management
• Technical knowledge of learning development processes
• Sound understanding of communications practices, principles and procedures
• Effective team building and motivational skills
• Project management and consulting skills

Generic Skills:
• Proficiency in all MS Office applications
• Knowledge of HR-related software applications
• Good interpersonal skills;

COMPETENCIES:
• Strong customer focus by understanding their learning needs and providing right level of development support
