Job Description

Job Purpose:

To oversee the timely, operationally efficient and cost-effective delivery of administrative and personnel services to employees and managers of the company on mutually agreed basis.

To drive and sustain process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity levels, and over-all functional excellence thereby setting benchmarks for administrative services for the rest of the Group.

Required Skills

Education
• University Degree in any of the following disciplines: HR, Industrial Relations, Industrial Psychology or Management

Experience(s) – Specify the nature and the number of years of relevant experience considered as minimum for this job.
• Ten (10) years experience in the Administration and Personnel Department of a reputable Saudi company or Group of Companies, at least 4 years of which is in a Supervisory or Managerial capacity.
• In-Depth knowledge of the Saudi Labor and employment-related government regulations.
• Track record in defining and improving work processes in the area of administrative services, personnel services or quality-of-worklife.

Professional Qualifications or Certifications (from recognized institutions or professional regulation bodies) Required, if any.
• Preferably with certification for completing requisite courses similar to those under the CIPD scheme.

Computer Skill / Proficiency:
• Proficiency in MS-Office

Communication Skills Required
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Arabic
• Presentation skills
