Job Description

Job Purpose:

Responsible for overall management of sales operation performed by sponsored companies and agencies representative and outside the kingdom, ensuring implementation of commercially viable plans and marketing strategies to maximize returns through realization of customer service excellence.

Person Specification:

Education

• Bachelor degree in Business Management, and/or Marketing

Experience(s) – Specify the nature and the number of years of relevant experience considered as minimum for this job.

• Preferably 5 years experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing Industry Experience is a plus

Professional Qualifications or Certifications (from recognized institutions or professional regulation bodies) Required, if any.

• Sales Management / Marketing Certification

Computer Skill / Proficiency:

• MS Microsoft Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint Presentation and other essentials for sales operation.

Communication Skills Required

• Fluent in Arabic and English Written and spoken.

• Demonstrative track record in sales, business development or account manager to high end retailers.

• Self-motivate, success driver and enthusiastic personality is essential.

• Great Communication skills with ability to build track and rapport at all levels

• Well organized, disciplined and be flexible.

• Good Level of literacy, numeracy and computing skills
