Job Description

Job Purpose:

Support the HR and Administrative Processess. The Job holder shall arrange for administration of psyhometric testing, schedule interview appointments, conduct on-boarding, maintaining employee documentation He shall also be responsible in the payroll administration.

Key Result Areas:

1. Time Keeping Payroll Generation

2. General Administrative Function

3. Local Recruiting


Required Skills

Education:
- B.S. Degree in Business Administration, Psychology and/or any allied fields

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 Years of Experience as Admin Assistant / Payroll In-charge in an FMCG industry

Computer Skills:
- Well verse in the MS Office Application. Knows ERP system particularly the HRMS Module.

Communication Skills:
- Above Average Oral and Written Communication skills in Arabic and/or English
